WINES
Every wine on our list has a story. Some are fermented in traditional Georgian qvevri, others are modern expressions from pioneering winemakers — all chosen to pair beautifully with the flavors of our kitchen.
Whites
One of our highlights is a crisp, elegant white from Markus Altenburger, a winemaker from Austria’s Burgenland region. Known for his minimal-intervention approach, Altenburger crafts wines that are pure, vibrant, and full of character. This white is refreshing yet complex, with layers of citrus, subtle minerality, and a clean finish — a beautiful match for our handmade dishes.
Reds
A true taste of Georgia in a bottle. This natural red is made from the rare Budeshuri Saperavi, a unique grape variety that adds a softer, elegant twist to the classic Saperavi. Fermented and aged in traditional qvevri clay vessels, it’s unfiltered, vibrant, and full of character. Expect deep berry fruit, subtle spice, and a lively freshness that makes it a perfect companion to both rich and delicate dishes.
Crafted in small batches with love, it’s a wine that reflects the soul of Georgia — authentic, soulful, and unforgettable.
Rosés
Hailing from the cool climate of Prince Edward County in Canada, this unfiltered rosé is as vibrant as it is rare. Crafted by celebrated winemaker Norman Hardie, it’s a wine that captures both freshness and depth — with bright red berry fruit, a touch of citrus, and a subtle mineral edge. Its unfiltered character gives it a raw, authentic energy that pairs beautifully with our handmade dishes.
